ClassicLine Eye-/face wash unit with catch basin and cover for floor mounting
The B-SAFETY eye-/face wash units, with a catch basin and cover, have been developed for industrial use. These eye showers are completely protected from contamination by the cover. They are activated by pulling down the cover. The size and design of the eye shower make it easy to locate, even in emergency situations.

Product description
The eye shower is equipped with two spray nozzles that not only meet the requirements of EN 15154-2:2006 and ANSI Z358.1-2014, but also ensure even water distribution. The limited, even, and, above all, gentle water stream is ideal for flushing chemicals out of the eye. Because of the limited water stream, this Eye shower allows the water used to be completely collected.
The correct spray height and desired flow rate are adjusted on-site using the integrated flow control valve. The eye shower is fully protected against contamination by the integrated hinged protective cover. This makes it the ideal solution for harsh industrial environments. An information sign for an eye wash station in accordance with EN ISO 7010, with a visibility distance of 17 meters, is affixed to the cover.

- Stainless steel base with 4 mounting holes, chemical-resistant, green powder-coated; dimensions
200 x 200 mm - 1 1/4-inch stainless steel riser pipe, chemical-resistant, green powder-coated, with upper and lower 1 1/4″ female water inlets
- Housing, cover, and drip tray made of impact-resistant and UV-resistant ABS plastic; 1/2″ male drain connection
- Integrated hinged protective cover to prevent dirt from getting in
- Triggered by swiveling the cover downward
- 3/8-inch brass ball valve, with lever operation via a hinged protective cover, DIN-DVGW tested and approved
- Brass spray regulator with a very narrow spray pattern, chrome-plated
- with a built-in 3/8-inch flow control valve for adjusting the desired spray height and flow rate
