ClassicLine Body safety shower for floor mounting
Freestanding safety showers are used whenever wall mounting the shower is not possible or when a central first-aid station needs to be established. They are also useful in large warehouses and production facilities. A major advantage is that the shower is clearly visible from all sides. The freestanding safety showers can be customized to meet on-site requirements with a wide range of optional features.

Product description
The B-SAFETY ClassicLine series of body safety showers are manufactured from high-quality materials and are suitable for use in laboratories and research facilities as well as in harsh industrial environments. B-SAFETY’s green, chemical-resistant polyester powder coating has proven itself in many aggressive environments and is resistant to many acids and alkalis.
The body safety showers are equipped with the B-SAFETY high-performance shower head, which not only meets the requirements of ANSI Z358.1 and EN 15154, but is also self-draining, largely free of limescale and maintenance-free, as well as very robust and corrosion-resistant. The limited, even, and above all gentle water stream is optimized for rinsing chemicals off the skin.

- Includes upper and lower 1 1/4″ female water inlets for installation in circulation lines, and 1 1/4″ stainless steel plugs
- Stainless steel base with 4 mounting holes, chemical-resistant, green powder-coated, diameter 200 mm
- 1 1/4-inch stainless steel riser, three-piece, chemical-resistant, green powder-coated, with upper and lower 1 1/4″ female water inlets, total height 2300 mm
- 3/4-inch stainless steel threaded fitting with conical seal, designed for simplified on-site installation
- 3/4-inch ball valve made of dezincification-resistant brass, with a Quick mounting system and pull rod actuation, DIN-DVGW tested and approved
- Pull rod with ring handle made of stainless steel, chemical-resistant, green powder-coated, length 700 mm
- plastic recessed handle, orange, with ‘OPEN’ signal, luminescent according to DIN 67510
- 3/4-inch stainless steel wall shower arm, chemical-resistant, green powder-coated, 660 mm projection
- Integrated automatic flow regulator, 50 liters per minute with a tolerance of ±10%, for a standard-compliant spray pattern at a specified operating range of 1.5 to 3 bar flow pressure
