B-SAFETY body safety showers are available as a modular system. The safety shower arms and valves can be purchased individually and adapted to on-site conditions. This makes it possible to accommodate nearly any installation requirement.

Installation Note:
To ensure installation complies with EN 15154-1:2006, make sure that the safety shower system is designed to be self-draining between the valve and the shower head.

Product description

The emergency shower valve consists of a sturdy Ball valve approved for drinking water. The flow rate is at least 60 liters per minute at a flow pressure of 1 bar.

Technical Description

  • Stainless steel cover plate with 4 mounting holes (4.50 mm in diameter) in the corners
  • Stainless steel ball valve, DIN-DVGW tested and approved
  • Includes 2 stainless steel screw fittings for easy on-site installation; 3/4″ female water inlet
  • Flow rate: at least 60 liters per minute, with a tolerance of +/-10% at a flow pressure of 1 bar
  • Adjustable clamping lever handle made of die-cast zinc, with an orange plastic coating, stainless steel bushing, lockable with a tool, total length 110 mm
  • Operated by a pivot lever, 90° opening angle, does not close automatically
  • Integrated drain valve for automatic or manual drainage
  • “OPEN” information sign for unambiguous use in an emergency, orange, photoluminescent in accordance with DIN 67510
  • Installation height for levers according to the standards listed below: 0 to 1,750 mm above the floor
