PremiumLine Safety shower station with surrounding safety cage, self-draining, stainless steel, for floor mounting
Safety shower stations are first-aid stations equipped with a Safety shower. The surrounding protective cage provides good protection against damage and ensures the station is clearly visible from all sides. The large foot pedal is used to activate the Safety shower. All safety shower stations are designed to be self-draining and are therefore suitable for use in hot environments. As a custom option, the showers are also available with an underfloor activation mechanism, making them frost-protected.

Product description
The B-SAFETY PremiumLine series body safety showers are made of stainless steel and are suitable for use in laboratories and research facilities as well as for harsh industrial environments. The polished stainless steel surface is not only resistant to many chemicals but also offers a modern design for laboratories and cleanrooms.
The body safety showers are equipped with the B-SAFETY high-performance shower head, which not only meets the requirements of ANSI Z358.1 and EN 15154, but is also self-draining, largely free of limescale and maintenance-free, as well as very robust and corrosion-resistant. The limited, even, and above all gentle water stream is optimized for rinsing chemicals off the skin.

- Frame made of stainless steel tubing, dimensions (H x W x D): 960 x 850 x 900 mm
- The Safety shower is activated via a foot pedal made of hot-dip galvanized steel; it is secured to an angle bracket using a stainless steel cable. Dimensions (W x D): 800 x 800 mm
- Stainless steel angle elbow, with a stainless steel mounting bracket on the standpipe
- 1-inch stainless steel ball valve, with stainless steel lever and cable guide, 1″ male water inlet, DIN-DVGW tested and approved
- Stainless steel base with 4 mounting holes, polished, dimensions 200 x 200 mm
- 1 1/4-inch stainless steel standpipe, three-piece, polished, total height 2330 mm
- 3/4-inch stainless steel wall shower arm, polished, 520 mm reach
- Integrated automatic flow regulator, 50 liters per minute with a tolerance of ±10%, for a standard-compliant spray pattern at a specified operating range of 1.5 to 3 bar flow pressure
