B-SAFETY body safety showers are available as a modular system. The safety shower arms and valves can be purchased individually and adapted to on-site conditions. This makes it possible to accommodate nearly any installation requirement.

Installation Note:
To ensure installation complies with EN 15154-1:2006, make sure that the Safety shower system is designed to be self-draining between the valve and the shower head.

Product description

The emergency shower valve consists of a robust Ball valve approved for drinking water, which can be mounted either to the right or left of the door. The flow rate is at least 60 liters per minute at a flow pressure of 1 bar. It is operated by a stainless-steel lever with a sturdy plastic handle. Installation at handle height is recommended for this emergency shower valve. An optional drain ensures automatic drainage between the shower head and the valve.

  • Ball valve with lever operation mounted on a stainless steel wall flange, DIN-DVGW tested and approved, 3/4″ female water inlet
  • Flow rate: at least 60 liters per minute, with a tolerance of +/-10% at a flow pressure of 1 bar
  • Stainless steel lever, polished, length 160 mm
  • Sturdy plastic handle, black, 25 mm in diameter, 90 mm long
  • Opening angle 90°, does not close automatically
  • Integrated drain valve for automatic or manual drainage
  • “OPEN” information sign for unambiguous use in an emergency, orange, photoluminescent in accordance with DIN 67510
  • Installation height for levers according to the standards listed below: 0 to 1,750 mm above the floor
